Greylock Federal takes your privacy and security seriously and employs the latest in security and encryption technology to ensure the integrity of your personal information. But we also understand that the best line of defense against fraud begins with you.

To protect our members from ID Theft, Greylock does perform in-branch license scanning and digital signature capture. This helps Greylock representatives identify our members before account transactions are conducted. If you have not yet had your license scanned and/or digital signature captured, please visit one of our branch locations today.

If you feel that you have received a fraudulent e-mail purportedly from NCUA, please forward the entire e-mail message to Phishing@ncua.gov.

Additionally, you can file formal complaints concerning any suspected fraudulent e-mail with the Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) at www.ic3.gov. The IFCC is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center.

Concerns About Your VISA Credit or Debit Card?

Greylock Federal has partnered with a security service called Falcon to help Greylock and its VISA processor, Certegy, protect your VISA credit and debit card accounts against fraud. Falcon, a fraud detection product developed by Fair Isaac Software, Inc., uses individual cardholder, transaction, and merchant data to detect a wide range of credit and debit card fraud.

Upon receiving VISA card reports from Falcon, Certegy staff reviews each account and attempts to make contact with the cardholder/member to verify questionnable transactions. If the cardholder is contacted and it is confirmed that the activity is fraudulent, the account will be blocked as ‘Lost/Stolen.’ If Certegy is unable to reach the cardholder/member, faxes are then sent to Greyock for further follow up.

Falcon services may be reached by calling:

VISA Credit Card Security (Falcon) - 1(800) 437-9392

VISA Check Card (Debit Card) Security (Falcon) - 1(800) 890-5097

If you receive a call from Falcon, your caller ID should reflect one of these two numbers.

For additional information about Falcon or to verify a call from Falcon, please call Greylock at (413) 236-4000
