Fraud Protection
What to do if you fall victim:

If you entered any of your Greylock credit or debit card information into a fraudulent website or over the phone, we regret to inform you that your information has been compromised. We will need to shut down your existing card immediately and reissue you a new card.

Please immediately visit your nearest Greylock branch or call Greylock at (800) 207-5555.

If it is after hours, please call:

For VISA Credit Cards (866) 317-0355
For VISA Debit Cards (800) 543-5073

If you have disclosed sensitive information in a phishing attack, you should also contact one of the three major credit bureaus and discuss whether you need to place a fraud alert on your file, which will help prevent thieves from opening a new account in your name.
