Fraudulent 'Survey' Email Sent to GFCU and non GFCU Members
It has come to our attention that some Greylock members and non-Members have recently received e-mails asking them to click on a link and participate in a survey in exchange for $40. This is a fraudulent e-mail and an attempt to capture your personal information. It was not sent by Greylock and none of Greylock’s information systems were compromised. Please do not click the links and give them any personal information. To protect your identity, Greylock will never request personal account information or include a link in an e-mail.
If you did click the link and enter your personal information, please CLICK HERE or contact us at (413) 236-4000 IMMEDIATELY, so we can protect your information. Below is a copy of the fraudulent email: Subject: $40 survey! Dear Customer: You have been randomly selected to take part in this survey to let us know what we are doing well and where we need to do better. In return we will credit $40.00 to your account - Just for your time!.
