Greylock Federal has partnered with a security service called Falcon to help Greylock and its VISA processor, Certegy, protect your VISA credit and debit card accounts against fraud. Falcon, a fraud detection product developed by Fair Isaac Software, Inc., uses individual cardholder, transaction, and merchant data to detect a wide range of credit and debit card fraud.

Upon receiving VISA card reports from Falcon, Certegy staff reviews each account and attempts to make contact with the cardholder/member to verify questionnable transactions. If the cardholder is contacted and it is confirmed that the activity is fraudulent, the account will be blocked as ‘Lost/Stolen.’ If Certegy is unable to reach the cardholder/member, faxes are then sent to Greyock for further follow up.
